Cherstin and Ryan got married! - Arroyo Trabucco Golf Club

Recently, I had the honor of photographing Cherstin and Ryan's wedding at Arroyo Trabucco Golf Club. You might remember their fun engagement session down in Corona Del Mar. These two are so lovely... really, really sweet, and so in love. And, their families are fantastic, too. There were many tears flowing that day as Cherstin and Ryan said their "I do's". The day couldn't have been any more beautiful. Thanks you two for allowing me to capture it. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites below and the slideshow here. All my best!!!- Natalie

Michelle and Emory: Married in San Diego!

Michelle and Emory were recently married down in beautiful San Diego. I had the great pleasure of capturing their wedding. They were so much fun, had lots of character and shared so much joy with each other, family and friends.

Thanks for choosing me to be a part of this important day in your lives! Enjoy the slideshow and a few favorites below. (Note- you might notice a few too many shoe or below the waist shots... I just couldn't help myself... I LOVE red shoes!)

I said there were a lot of shoe shots, didn't I? ;)

How about that wig and glasses??? ;)

Shane and Yvonne: Married in Hawaii!

I can't believe it's already been a month since Shane and Yvonne's wedding at the Grand Hyatt in Kauai. Shane and Yvonne are dear friends and Matt and I attended their wedding as guests but... we just couldn't help ourselves. So, the photographer from the hotel was nice enough to let me shoot along side him (he was a very nice guy :)).

Matt and I arrived at the airport in Kauai at about 2:00... and the wedding started at 4:00!!! So, we hurried ourselves over to the hotel and were hardly even tired because we were so excited for the wedding. I was able to spend time with Yvonne and the girls while they got ready and Matt hung out with Shane and Mike and caught a few shots with them. Then, it was off to the beautiful ceremony and very fun luau where Shane and Yvonne were treated like celebrities... resulting in them having their first dance in the middle of the luau and with a more Hawaiian themed dance on the stage a little later... where Shane strutted his stuff for Yvonne. We were all very impressed. ;)

Thank you, Shane and Yvonne, for inviting us to share in this amazing day with you. We will never forget it... nor will we ever forget...

- puka dogs (and their buttery companion spread... questionable... but a "must have" just the same)
- the helicopter flight (and Matt's fortunate swallow on the way down... fortunate for me that is)
- making Shane trespass on that ranch for the sake of truly awesome picture
- stories of your ill fated night/morning as a result of that muddy day trip
- BBQ's at Moser Estate ;) (courtesy of Poipu Kapili) and all of the good and not so good antics that followed
- snow cones... snow cones... and more snow cones at Jo Jo's
- the hurricane force rain and wind in Princeville... as we sat on the beach... went running for cover... and laughed the whole time!
- that amazing kalua pig pizza and authentic and personal Hawaiian music session on our last night there... we'll NEVER forget that... what a surprise and a great memory
- our amazing friends... Thanks again for letting us share in your honeymoon time. ;)

So, without further ado... here are some photos and a slideshow from the day of the wedding (note- the slideshow is long and the song is not... it keeps repeating... but it's Elvis!... come on). The amazing day-after session will be posted shortly... you guys look incredible in those ones!!! Love you- Natalie and Matt

Yvonne was a little emotional while getting ready.
Yvonne's adorable nieces.
I loved that the flower girls didn't wear dresses... so cute and unique.

Okay... how lucky is Shane?

Yvonne and her dad.

The one lifting up Shane? That would be Mike... Shane's wonderful best man. ;) As you can see, they're very close.

Look at that sky.
Classic.

Brides Magazine/WPJA Contest: I won 1st Place!

I'm so excited!!!

One of my images won first place in the Group/Bridal Party category in the 2007 Brides Magazine/WPJA Photography Contest. Round 1 of the contest was judged by an all Pulitzer Prize winning panel and the final round of images was then judged by the Editorial Department of Brides Magazine. I feel very honored to have an image place, let alone win 1st, and to be amongst a group of very esteemed photographers.

You can link to the online article at Brides magazine here and (if you want...) you can check the news stands for the November/December Issue of Brides Magazine where the 1st place images will be featured.

Without further ado, here's the image...

It was taken at the Parker in Palm Springs right before the wedding of Mimi (
wedding planner extraordinairre of Enjoy Celebrations and Occasions) and Gabe Palmer.

Here's what the judges had to say about the image, "With the bridesmaids’ backs to the camera, Moser turns a standard before-the ceremony moment into an intimate, dramatically lit portrait. The flower girls’ body language is classic kid-dom: bored but trying so hard to behave."

More exciting news is coming soon... a new website perhaps?... stay tuned!!!

And, to my clients and clients-to-be who are awaiting email/phone responses I'm almost through my stack from being gone last week. Thanks for your patience!!! Talk to you soon!

Alyssa and Steve: Married at the Newport Beach Marriott

A few weeks ago Alyssa and Steve were married at the beautiful Newport Beach Marriott. What beautiful location and a gorgeous couple. We started out with Alyssa getting ready with the ladies and then moved on to that first moment when Alyssa and Steve got to see each other for the first time. It was really sweet and I could immediately feel their nerves calm down once they held each other (and Steve saw how amazing Alyssa looked!). Their nerves turned into happy anticipation for what was to come... and we were off for our bride and groom pre-ceremony portraits.

Normally, I like to go outside for most of these... but the hotel provided so many cool spots and awesome lighting conditions that we stayed in for the most part. Once we were done, the happy couple separated again to prepare for the ceremony... have a few more drinks... and a couple more laughs.

The rest of the day went off without a hitch. Alyssa, Steve, and their families and friends were so welcoming and kind. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and allowing me to capture your day. I hope you enjoy your pictures (and your first month as husband and wife!)... I can't wait to hear what you think of the ones below and in the slideshow. All my best- Natalie ;)

Right after they first saw each other...
Wow...
Loved the lighting in this hallway... doesn't Steve look handsome?

More cool hallway light and a little bit of texture...

The details were beautiful.

... as they listened to the toasts...
Alyssa's dad was so proud and happy...
... as was Steve's mom...

Finally, the rings... loved this rock!

Danielle and Rodney: Wedding at Arroyo Trabuco

Talk about a great couple and a group of people... family and friends combined. I had the pleasure to being a part of Danielle and Rodney's wedding at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club recently and it was such a fun and beautiful day. This was the first time I met these two (they live up north and we did everything by phone) so I was so excited to finally meet them. As I could tell when we talked over the phone, these two are really fun, sweet people and are so in love and excited to marry one another.

Their day was beautiful and Allyson from Arroyo Trabuco took care to make sure that the day went off without a hitch (and she did it all with a smile). The Flower Girl provided the flowers and the music was provided by Pete from Generations Entertainment. Everyone did a great job to help make Danielle and Rodney's day wonderful and very memorable.

To Danielle and Rodney- Thank you so much for inviting me into your wedding day. I had a blast with everyone and I hope that you share many more amazing memories together as husband and wife (and as mom and dad ;)). Please enjoy some of my favorite images below and check out the slideshow to help you relive your day. Talk soon! Best- Natalie

To begin, a shoe shot... ;)

These girls were having so much fun together.

Mother and son...

Danielle blowing a kiss to her dad as he gave her away...

The ceremony was very emotional.

What a beautiful venue...

I love this shot.

Check out the upper right pic below... all of the placecards were set up between wine corks... except one. That one was on a cork wrapped in a Budweiser wrapper... LOVE IT! :)

Never have I seen this at a reception... invisible double dutch... that's right an invisible jump rope (well, two invisible jump ropes)... HOW FUN!!! Seriously, we need to see more double dutch at receptions! Love the one below...
And, Rodney even got in on the action!
Finally... I leave you with a ring shot... very fun.

Darcy + Todd: Wedding at Verandas in Manhattan Beach

The lovely Darcy and Todd were recently married at Verandas in Manhattan Beach. We started off the day with Darcy getting ready at their home in Venice Beach. It's located right on the water... beautiful. They seriously could have had their wedding there. ;) But, I digress, Darcy, the girls, and her niece and nephew were on hand for some pre-wedding primping. Everyone seemed very excited and ready to get this thing started! ;) So, we were then off to the beautiful Verandas in Manhattan Beach.

What a beautiful venue (I'm excited I get to shoot there again in November)! Sara and her team from Verandas were fantastic and very attentive to every last detail. The flowers were incredible and were designed and arranged by Tom Simmons from the fantastic three bunch palms productions. Make sure you look at Darcy's cake, too... if you look carefully you'll see that the ruffles on the cake match the ruffles on her dress. I loved it!

Thanks for the great day guys. It was a beautiful wedding and I felt so fortunate to be a part of it. I can't wait to attend your future parties (sans camera... to protect the innocent! :). Congratulations!

Here's a little slide show for you to enjoy. As per usual, it goes a little quick at the end (there were just too many fun shots). So, if you want to browse more slowly... click on the little squares to the bottom right of the show when it's over.

I loved the place cards! Darcy and Todd love the craftsmen style and that was evident in these beautiful place cards.

Darcy and Todd cruising the streets after the ceremony for our fun portrait session.

Have I mentioned that I love Mexican food? Well, Poncho's seemed like the perfect backdrop...

Some of the amazing details compliments of three bunch palms productions.

Matt Sloan who was shooting with me helped me in these dance shots with some off camera lighting... I loved the effect.

Look at the love these two have... it feels so good to get to finally really enjoy the day...

And, finally... a ring shot.

Sandy and Andy: Surprise Wedding in Dana Point

I had the great pleasure of capturing Sandy and Andy's surprise wedding recently on the beach in Dana Point. They were kindly referred to me by Christine Saunders of the Spiraled Stem. (Thanks Christine!)

I was so excited about this wedding. You see, Sandy and Andy flew their family (her boys and his daughters) out from Ohio for a family vacation. But, that's not all they had planned. When they arrived on the sand I had been there for a little while. We pretended that we were going to take family pictures while we waited for the minister to arrive. The kids were a bit confused by the family picture thing but they went along with it. Then, Rev. Clint arrived... Sandy and Andy broke the news to the kids... "We're getting married... today... right now!" I've got to say... it was the most touching thing... the kids were all so excited. You could tell they couldn't wait to be officially made a family and that they all loved each other very much. After the surprise had set in a bit... the intimate ceremony started. It was truly a beautiful afternoon and I was so happy to be a part of it. Then they took advantage of the beautiful shores and lovely weather and played a bit in the water . We ended the day with some portraits, both of the family and of the newly weds.

Here's a slideshow of the ceremony and portraits.

Congratulations guys! Thanks for letting me be a part of such a special moment in your lives. Talk to you soon!
The girls were surprised and thrilled!

There were other exciting things to do on the beach besides pay attention to the ceremony... like finding cool rocks! :)
I love that light... beautiful.

What a stunning family.

I love this last one... it totally captures their pure happiness. :)

Mena and AJ: Wedding at MOLAA in Long Beach

Mena and AJ were married at my new favorite venue... the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach. WOW! This place is beautiful, colorful, modern and fantastic... a perfect match for Mena and AJ. This wedding was so much fun and these two are absolutely beautiful. I couldn't stop taking portraits... there are so many spots around this place... outside, by the loading dock, in the gardens, in the gallery and in the front of the building... FANTASTIC! And, the light was just perfect , too.

To Mena and AJ (and their son Nico)- I wish you and your family all the best as you take this next step. May your family be blessed and may you have many more happy memories like your wedding... filled with family, friends, and laughter. :) Lots of love and enjoy the pictures! More to come!

PS- Here's the slide show... you might think it's an interesting choice in music... but, this song is what I think of when I think of the crazy fun dancing that filled the evening... and ... I think this is Mena's dad's favorite. Enjoy! (One more thing... if you want to check out a particular image after the slide show is done, go ahead and click on the little squares at the bottom right of the window. That will bring you to the gallery and you can look until your heart is content.)

Here's that light I was talking about...

Nico wanted to be part of the action.

The gallery is so awesome...

Nico wanted to be a part of the first dance, too... or else, he might just have wanted to flirt with the photographer... who knows? ;)

The dancing didn't let up... these peeps love to party!!! ;)

Sarah + Steve: Wedding at Rancho Capistrano

I had the pleasure of being a part of Sarah and Steve's big day a few weeks ago. They are a very sweet couple... who are also... very tall! ;) Sarah and Steve were married at the beautiful Rancho Capistrano. Wow... this venue is surrounded by some truly gorgeous grounds.

The day was beautiful as was the wedding. Sarah and Steve, I hope you enjoy your preview slide show (click here to view) and some favorite images below. There's more to come. All my best to you both on the start of your lives together.

The one above... Sarah's grandma's wedding ring was sewn inside her handkerchief. It brought tears to her mom's eyes... very touching.

Melissa and Nathan: The Athenaeum

I had the pleasure of being a part of Nathan and Melissa's wedding in Pasadena a few weeks ago. The ceremony took place at beautiful Holy Family Church and the reception at the amazing Athenaeum. Melissa and Nathan found me a long time ago and they have been so sweet to work with ever since. I couldn't believe how beautiful Melissa looked and how much she looked like Audrey Hepburn. Nathan is one lucky boy (Melissa is lucky, too :). The whole wedding from the location, to Melissa's hair and dress reminded me of an old, classic wedding... so... I thought I would present the images with the same feel... antique tones and classic imagery.

Melissa, Nathan, and your incredible families... thank you for being so sweet and complimentary to me and Daniel. You were truly a pleasure to work with. I hope you enjoy your pictures below and in the slideshow (here) there are lots more to come! ;) I wish you all my best as you begin your lives together and I can't wait to be your photographer and friend for many years to come. All my best - Natalie (PS- Thanks for the gift!!! How'd you know I like chocolate? ;))

The one below was taken especially for Nathan... he wanted a picture of the shoes... now, that's my kind of guy. :)

Nicole and Tommy : [seven-degrees]

Nicole and Tommy were married on June 16th at St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church in Irvine with a reception following at the amazing [seven-degrees] in Laguna Beach. All I can say is WOW... wow about the amazing friends and family (Tommy's 100% Irish and Nicole's 100% Greek... now, there's a party!), about the beautiful church, about the fantastic [seven-degrees], about the very cool bagpiper, about the awesome Greek band and dancing that didn't stop, about the incredible videographer (Daniel Boswell from DV Artistry), about the beautiful flowers and artwork, the stunning sparkler grand exit, and, most importantly about Nicole and Tommy. Words can't really describe these two. But, I'll try... genuine, kind, loving individuals... phenomenal couple. The wedding and all who were involved were so incredible that I took SOOOOO many pictures... and I loved most of them!!! So... you'll find way more images below and in the slideshow than I typically would post but... after much ado... I just couldn't help myself.

So, a big thank you and congratulations to Nicole and Tommy... cheers to you and your incredible life together. I wish you all my best and look forward to seeing you again soon. Now... on to your pictures... don't forget to check out the slideshow here. There will be plenty more shortly for you to feast your eyes on! ;)- Natalie

Andi and Steve: Guasti Villa

Andi and Steve were married at Guasti Villa on June 10th. The location was lovely and it was a perfect match with the guests and wonderful couple. I was super excited about the scenery around Guasti, too. There are seriously soooo many amazing places to shoot in the Guasti Village and surrounding areas. I was glad that Andi was up for getting her dress a little dusty and trekking around to find the perfect old house to take pictures in front of and experiment with some moody fine-art style images... make sure to take a look at the ones of Andi and Steve in front of the old red building. Steve is a fire fighter and we think this might have been an old fire house... how perfect!

Thanks for letting me be a part of your day, guys. I can't wait to photograph the grandkids. Please click here to see the slideshow (it's a bit long... the song replays... stick around... it's worth it!). I hope you enjoy the preview of your pics... there's lots more to come! Jenell and Jeff were married!

Jenell and Jeff were married recently at the Presbyterian Church of the Covenant in Costa Mesa and held their reception at the beautiful Newport Beach Marriott. I feel so honored that Jenell and Jeff took advantage of just about everything I offer to my couples... I got to do their e-session, Jenell's b-session (boudoir session), their rehearsal dinner and their wedding.... and we had so much fun during every session and event! Seriously, they are one of the sweetest most unassuming couples that I've had the pleasure to get to know. It's funny how we end up like friends by the time the wedding comes along... I love my job!

Jenell was beautiful and Jeff was so nervous and excited... it was so sweet. Not only was it a great ceremony but also a lovely and VERY fun reception. Everyone was so great to me, too... I felt so blessed to be a part of everything. I wish you guys all the best in your marriage and in your life. And, as Jeff said to me at the reception... I plan on photographing your grandchildren. :) Enough of my jibber-jabbering... on to the pics below and to a slideshow here.

Jenell's dress was a Rivini design... and it was stunning.

I loved the car!!! Jeff's dad brought this very cool old Chevy.

Don't you just want to squeeze his cheeks?
The happy couple in front of the very cool car.

If you can't read it... it says Jenell Gray (No more Jenell Vaccarro!)

They were "pretty" sweet to each other during the cake cutting... but... Jenell had to get in a little bit of trouble. :)

Shannon and Darin were married!

The lovely (and very fun) couple, Shannon and Darin, were married last weekend at Saint Bonaventure Church in Huntington Beach (where I went to elementary school... if you were interested :) ) and had their beautiful... and VERY fun... reception at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach. As you'll see in the pictures... the dance floor was hoppin'!

Shan and Darin- I wish you all the best... many happy years together and many laughs and memories to come! Let me know when you want to go out for that margarita!
(I'm just sayin') :) Now... let's get on to the pictures below and a slideshow here. There's a ton more on their way very soon! Best- Natalie
Shannon's daughter, Bailey... so cute...

How about that silhouette above? And on to quite a few portraits of the happy couple... :)

One in front of the Prowler...

Darin checking to make sure that everything was in its place... :)
One of my favorites...
It was a beautiful sunset...
Make sure you check out the cake topper...

Darin's daughter Rachel... look at the way she's looking at him... priceless...
There's one of these guys at every wedding, isn't there? Just kidding Gianfranco! Congrats on your wedding (he and his fiance were married yesterday and are off to Italy on their honeymoon!)
So... everybody wanted Shannon to shove the cake in Darin's face... did she do it?
DO IT, DO IT, DO IT!!!
She did it!! :)

Uncle Pauley rocked the dance floor all night long... love that head band/neck tie!

at the Ponte Family Estate Winery in Temecula last weekend. The location, the couple and the families were beautiful. Let me just say that this couple is amazing... beautiful both inside and out... and that they are exceedingly strong and brave. They should be very proud of the way that they approached their day. I love you guys and I wish for you a bright future filled with love and life and many happy memories yet to be made. Wendy and Daniel were married...

This past weekend I had the great fortune to be a part of Wendy and Daniel's wedding on Electra Cruises' "Destiny" ship on Lido Island. This (like all of my couples :)) is one sweet couple. Something that stands out for me though, is the emotion that was flowing among everyone at the wedding. You might notice that Wendy has some unique shots below... that's because she has been successfully and bravely battling breast cancer. This girl is amazing (as is Daniel and their families... so supportive of one another).

I have to admit that I'm an emotional person... I try not to tear up too much behind the lens... but... they got me on this one. During the toasts/dances I might have shed a tear... or two (or three)... you caught me!

Thank you Wendy and Daniel for letting me be a part of your very special day and for reminding me what's important in life. Best wishes for a long and very happy marriage. Enjoy some favorites below and check out some more images in the slideshow here...
Talk to you soon!

The ones right above and below were taken by the awesome Dru Chen who shot with me at Wendy and Daniel's wedding. He hung out with the guys most of the day.

I love the shots of Wendy above and below... we got to shoot these at the Huntington Beach Hyatt where Wendy and Daniel got ready.

Seriously... these toasts (especially Wendy's dad's) were tear jerkers...

...so were the dances... there were wet eyes everywhere...

Dru shot the one above of me shooting from the middle of the dancin' action... the one below shows a little bit of what I captured when I was down there (boy oh boy... yoga definitely pays off when I'm squatting down in the middle of a rockin' circle like this one!)

And they finished with some more dancing with great friends and family.

Erika and Thos were married in Palm Springs...

at The Parker. Did I mention that The Parker is a photographer's dream? Well, it is. :) Modern, cool, chic, bright and fun... what more could I ask for? Well, how about a beautiful couple?! These two (and all of their guests) could truly be models. The event was coordinated flawlessly by Mimi Palmer of Enjoy Celebrations and Occasions and the amazing entertainment was provided by my new favorite band, All Star Trio. Lead singer/drummer, Dominic Tucci, ROCKS!

Thanks for letting me be a part of your day, guys. I'm glad to hear that you made it home safely from your very fun honeymoon. Welcome back! I hope you enjoy the preview below. And, for a bigger preview slide show, click here (if you don't have a broadband connection it might be a bit too much for your computer to handle). There are many more to come! Talk to you soon! Best- Nat

What a beautiful day.

What beautiful girls!

Right after their first look...

You've gotta love the shoes... cool on the top and the bottom!

I think the one above might be my favorite...

This one was taken inside of Mr. Parker's... a dark and fun restaurant/bar. Erika and Thos said the clown in the painting was "their clown." Not quite sure but I'm sure there's an interesting story to go with that one. :)

The one above... my other favorite... check out the valet guy's reflection in the window. I've got to get me some of those orange pants!

Erika and Thos were married right before sunset. It was beautiful.

Thos's vows...

She couldn't resist...

Alyssa and Rob were married in Malibu...

at Calamigos Ranch on February 10th and the wedding and day were beautiful. Even though there was an 80% chance of rain... the sun never stopped shining. The talented Riccis Valadares came all the way out from Florida and joined me to shoot the wedding (you can see some of his images from the wedding on his blog). Honestly, I had the hardest time choosing which images (Alyssa and Rob looked too good!) to display in my preview below so there are quite a few. :) And, I know... there aren't many of Rob and the boys yet... they're on their way. :)

Enjoy the images below and check out the slideshow to see a few more!

P.S. Congratulations Rob and Alyssa... your wedding was beautiful and I hope you're enjoying your honeymoon!

The girls were so much fun!
How beautiful is Alyssa (and the beautiful view)? Right out of a magazine...
I loved her feather head piece from Felicity Couture in Corona Del Mar.

Here is Rob... eagerly waiting for his lovely bride.
There was so much emotion during the moment when her dad gave her away.
And they were wed...
A few of my favorite portraits... there were so many nice ones...

I love the motion in this picture... they were on their way back to the reception.
A few details...

Jenn and Carl were married...

in Palm Springs at the lovely Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa... and... it was beautiful! Every last detail was thought of by Jenn and Carl... they both put so much creativity and personalization into the whole wedding. It was such an honor for me to be a part of their day. (We previously had a great day shooting their engagement session with their dog Francis, who, unfortunately, was not able to attend the wedding. :)

One of my favorite of many lines of the day came during Jenn and Carl's vows... at the end of each of their vows they closed with, "I will love you as much as a fat kid loves cake." How cute is that? Everybody laughed through their tears.

The ceremony and reception were both filled with so much fun, love and emotion. I feel so fortunate to have met such cool and genuine people. I hope you all enjoy the pictures... a few of my favorites are posted below followed by a slideshow of the day.

Suzanne and Andy in Santa Monica...

It was a beautiful day and an even more beautiful (and fun!) wedding. Suzanne and Andy were married right on the beach at the beautiful and private Jonathan Club in Santa Monica. The location holds a special place in their hearts because they are normally rollerblading past it! While Suzanne would tell you that she's not a fan of being on film... you would never have known... she shined on the camera (as did her mom... who would tell you that she is also not a fan of the camera.)

I'll be seeing Suzanne and Andy this coming weekend in Palm Springs at the wedding of their friends, Jenn and Carl (who referred Suzanne and Andy to me). I can't wait to celebrate with them again!

Thanks for letting me be a part of your day! I hope you had a great (and relaxing) honeymoon! See below for a sample of some photos and below that for a preview slideshow. I can't wait to hear what you think of your photos! :) Congratulations again!

The wall of windows gave us such beautiful shadows and light.

Doesn't Suzanne look lovely here? I love the diffused look of the veil. She was about 5 minutes away from saying "I do."
They did!

And then... they danced. Wow! They were great. I was so impressed. Take a look at the slideshow to see more of their dancing prowess. *Note- the images go by pretty quickly (there were too many fun ones to choose from!). To take a longer look, you can click on the "Browse Gallery View" icon in the bottom right hand corner of the slideshow window. Enjoy!

Mimi and Gabe...

were married this past weekend at the very hip Parker Le Meridien in Palm Springs. While I was not the photographer for this wedding (I was actually one of the maids of honor... they had an awesome photographer, Leigh, whom I've worked with and hope to work with again!), Leigh was gracious enough to let me snap a few shots of Mimi. I couldn't help myself! She was so beautiful! (Do you know how hard it is for a photographer to be at a beautiful wedding with flowers in her hand and not her camera?!)

We had a great time and I wanted to share a few shots from my personal collection...

Isn't she lovely? This one was taken right before the ceremony... she was watching the guests get seated and was getting really excited and nervous. Her gown, custom veil and jewelry were all from Erin Cole Couture Bridal Salon located in Costa Mesa, California. They have an exclusive selection of amazing designer gowns and accessories that are, as their website says, "couture.classic.fresh." (In fact, I even got my wedding gown there... loved it!)

Mimi giving flowergirl, Randy, a kiss in the streaming light from the window.

Mimi with flowergirls Randy and Lindy...

I might add some more shots later. I can't wait to see the photographer's pictures! Best wishes Mimi and Gabe on a beautiful marriage and an awesome honeymoon in Costa Rica! - Natalie

Janey and Patrick...

were recently married in Lake Tahoe. They were scheduled to get married on a cliff overlooking the lake but... the weatherman said that there was an 80% chance of rain!

As you can tell by the pictures, though... the weatherman was wrong! This was a view from Patrick's room (taken by my second shooter (and husband), Matt)... it was beautiful.

Here is a slideshow of the wedding... it moves a bit quickly but I think you'll feel like you were there...

And for some pictures of the day...

Janey getting ready... she was stunning.

Janey's mom helping her with her jewelry. She looked so excited to see her little girl become a bride.

A beautiful sepia toned silhouette.

Gorgeous flowers.

Ready to go!

Patrick on his way to the ceremony.

Anita, Janey's maid of honor, in mid air on her way to the limo...

Can a bride get any prettier? Janey getting into the limo...

Janey's step-mom and mom... each holding the hands of their little girl. I got teary on this one... but still got the shot. I loved the detail of her dress combined with the delicateness of their hands and the quiet emotion of it all.

Walking down the "aisle" towards Patrick. It was a gorgeous location.

Presenting Mr. and Mrs. Stanich, peeking out from under the veil and escorting Janey down from the rock.

Husband and wife...

Her father's toast made us all cry (yes, even me. :)) The greenery in the background and beautiful light added to the moment.

Patrick kissing Janey's hand in the limo... a perfect ending to a perfect day.

Congratulations you two! Thanks for letting me be a part of your day.
